Abstract
In this paper, we consider a class of equations for the flow and magnetic f ield within the earth with initial-boundary value problem. We prove the exi stence of the stationary solution and show that it is global asymptotic sta bility. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
