Abstract
Octaacetyllactose was used as glycosylation donor which reacted with diethy lene glycol or triethylene glycol to give corresponding spacer-armed lactos es and dimers 2, 3, 6, 7, then they were deprotected to give target compoun ds 4, 5, 8, 9 which can be used for studies on anti-tumor metastasis as wel l as relationship of structure-activity.
