Abstract
Spherical morphology BN powders have been produced in a two-step process. T he first step involves drying and partial nitridation of a H3BO3/H2O aeroso l at 1000 degrees C with an ammonia/nitrogen gas stream followed by final n itridation at 1700 degrees C with ammonia.
