Abstract
Techniques for the treatment of rotator cuff tears are continually advancin g. Advances in repair take the form of less invasive and disruptive methods . This article presents the authors' specific techniques for both mini-open and arthroscopic rotator cuff repairs, discusses indications for the techn iques, and reviews the current literature.
