Abstract
Substituted 1,2,4-oxadiazoles containing pseudopeptide moiety as the side c hain have been synthesized as part of a program of a study aiming to discov er potential antiinflammatory drugs. A simple and efficient strategy for th e synthesis started with Boc-protected amino acids (Phe, Asp, Val, Asp, Glu , Leu and Ile) and reactions conditions to allow the formation of dipeptido mimetics derivatives in good yields.
