Problems of construction of an aggregated variable vector in the form
of Lyapunov vector function is considered. This function should satisf
y a linear comparison system of a simple structure. The problem of the
dynamical characteristics estimation of linear many-dimensional conti
nuous, discrete, and continuous-discrete systems in the case of an inc
omplete measurement of the state vector (in the process of a modal syn
thesis of observers and control contours in such systems) is also cons
idered. The synthesis of an angular stabilization system of communicat
ion satellites in the solar-terrestrial coordinate system demonstrates
the practical use of results obtained.
