Constructing a quality career assessment site

This article details the steps in planning and delivering a quality, Intern et-based career assessment system. Using Careerhub.org as a model, the auth ors describe the challenges and ethical issues involved in designing a site , developing content, and selecting instruments. Preliminary data on the ps ychometric qualities of the instruments are presented, along with the resul ts of a pilot study evaluating the site's components.
