Abstract
Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3 single crystal fibers were successfully,grown using the lase r heated pedestal growth (LHPG) technique. Tetragonal perovskite phase was found with cell parameters a = 3.978 Angstrom and c = 4.020 Angstrom. Tempe rature dependences of the dielectric constant and thermal expansion propert ies were analyzed and three sharp anomalies related to the rhombohedral-ort horhombic, orthorhombic-tetragonal and tetragonal-cubic structural transfor mations were observed.
