Abstract
Although urologic symptoms are usually inaugural in testicular cancer, a wide range of atypical manifestations are commonly encountered in i nternal medicine. These manifestations are discussed with reference to four cases seen within a one-year period in an internal medicine depa rtment. The diagnosis should be established early, at a stage when min imally aggressive treatment is effective.
