FIMM database (http://sdmc.krdl.org.sg :8080/fimm) contains data relevant t o functional molecular immunology, focusing on cellular immunology. It cont ains fully referenced data on protein antigens, major histocompatibility co mplex (MHC) molecules, MHC-associated peptides and relevant disease associa tions, FIMM has a set of search tools for extraction of information and res ults are presented as lists or as reports.
