bilateral peripheral occlusive vasculopathy with a bilateral neovasculariz
ation of the optic disc five weeks after the introduction of highly active
antiretroviral therapy (HAART). No associate cause of occlusive vasculopath
y was found. Occlusive vasculopathy and optic disc neovascularization may b
e an immune recovery-related ocular disorder.
