Abstract
The ground state normal deformed band and the recently discovered superdefo rmed band in Zn-60 can be well described by treating them as Ni-56+alpha an d S-32+Si-28 cluster structures, respectively. In addition, the quadrupole deformation of the superdeformed band is reproduced satisfactorily.
