Abstract
We have investigated the transport through a normal-metal-quantum-dot-super conductor (NDS) system applied by a Zeeman magnetic field on the multi-chan nel quantum dot. The nonequilibrium Green function technique is used, and t he tunneling current is obtained. The tunneling current is affected by the Zeeman field obviously, and resonant tunneling current versus gate voltage, Zeeman energy, and the source-drain bias voltage is discussed. The Zeeman field can cause different resonant structure comparing with the gate voltag e, and the I-V curves display new characteristics due to the splitting of Z eeman field. The current caused multiple normal scattering and Andreev refl ection is included in the calculations. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
