Abstract
The authors report the case of a 23-year-old man presenting with obstructiv e polyploid hyperplasia of the verumontanum, 4 cm long, inducing dysuria wi th residual urine, demonstrated on urethroscopy and requiring endoscopy res ection. The symptoms resolved completely after treatment.
