Abstract
(Bu2P)-Bu-t-P=P(Me)Bu-t(2) reacts with [{eta(2)-C2H4}. Pt(PR3)(2)] as well as with [{eta(2)-tBu(2)P-P}P-t(PR3)(2)] yielding [{eta(2)-(Bu2P)-Bu-t-P=P-P tBu2}Pt(PR3)(2)]; PR3 = PMe3 3a, PEtPh2 3b, 1/2dppe 3c, PPh3 3d, P(p-Tol)(3 ) 3e. All compounds are characterized by H-1 and P-31 NMR spectra, for 3b a nd 3d also crystal structure determinations were performed. 3b crystallizes in the triclinic space group P (1) over bar (No.2) with a = 1212.58(7), b = 1430.74(8), c = 1629.34(11) pm, alpha = 77.321(6), beta = 70.469(5), gamm a = 87.312(6)degrees 3d crystallizes in the triclinic space group P (1) ove r bar (No.2) with a = 1122.60(9), b = 1355.88(11), c = 2025.11(14) pm, alph a = 83.824(9), beta = 82.498(9), gamma = 67.214(8)degrees.
