The newly developped Monte-Carlo event generator APACIC++ suitable to descr
ibe multijet-events in high-energetic electron-positron annihilations is pr
esented. A new ansatz to match the corresponding matrix elements for the pr
oduction of jets via the strong and electroweak interactions to the subsequ
ent parton shower modelling the inner-jet evolution is discussed in some de
tail. Results obtained with APACIC++ are compared to other QCD event genera
tors and to some representative experimental data.
