A. Lukacs et C. Pleh, Hungarian cross-modal priming and treatment of nonsense words supports thedual-process hypothesis, BEHAV BRAIN, 22(6), 1999, pp. 1030
Hungarian data provide support for differences in processing regular and ir
regular morphologies. Stronger priming was observed with "regular" stem typ
es compared to "irregular" ones. Use of nonwords showed a reliance on the g
rammatical structure of the nonword: Analogical extension of "irregulars" c
an be observed only in "root" contexts; in other contests all types were la
rgely overregularized.
