The Hall mobility of carriers in isotopically pure Ge crystals, doped
by neutron transmutation, has been measured over a wide temperature ra
nge. Our experimental data allow quantitative comparison with theory.
We find that at temperatures below 20 K the mobility is limited by neu
tral impurity scattering and it can be quantitatively described by the
theory of McGill and Baron.
