Abstract
We describe three patients who developed severe pulmonary hemorrhage follow ing administration of tirofiban tone patient) and abciximab (two patients). Pulmonary hemorrhage associated with abciximab use has been described, but to the best of our knowledge there has been no previous reports of this co mplication with tirofiban.
