Metastatic breast cancer presenting as Tolosa-Hunt syndrome

Choroidal involvement is a well-recognized manifestation of metastatic dise ase, particularly from breast and lung primaries. However, breast cancer ca n involve other ocular structures. The two patients presented illustrate di ffuse orbital involvement of the extraocular muscles, simulating Tolosa-Hun t syndrome. This association has not been reported previously. Both patient s responded well to local radiotherapy.
