Abstract
A new block for the implementation of the minimum-maximum function is prese nted. It is based on structures commonly used in SC circuits and is fully c ompatible with this approach. The circuit was realised in a 1.2 mu m standa rd CMOS technology. The experimental results show good agreement with the p redicted results.
