Abstract
High power, continuously tunable three-section DBR diode lasers with an out
put power of 124mW at 200mA pump current are presented. Continuous tuning o
ver more than 300GHz with a frequency of 100Hz is achieved due to heating o
f narrow resistors above the passive sections.
