Abstract
A rare case of persistent hypoglossal artery in conjunction with arterioven ous malformation was presented. MRA could delineate persistent hypoglossal artery and arteriovenous malformation very clearly. The patient suffered fr om intracranial hemorrhage from in the 37th week of pregnancy.
