Abstract
The aim of our work was to compare radial immuno-diffusion (RI) (in use for years) versus flow cytometry (FC) (a new technique). The discrepancies of the results in our patient population indicate that both techniques are val uable tools to understand the pathogenesis of thrombocytopenia.
