Virtual reality and 3D computer models are becoming an essential part of an engineer's tool box. Models of new designs can readily be produced using C AD packages. But how can the benefits of on-screen design be applied to exi sting structures? Theresa Pratt explains how photogrammetry can provide a c ost-effective answer.
