Abstract
We investigate the appearance of spin polarized states (magnetic polar ons) in hole doped CuO2 layers in the high-T(c) systems. Starting from a three-band Hubbard model which is treated in mean-field type approx imation, the spin disturbed structure around a single hole is studied in detail. The change of the spin cluster polarisation towards metalis ation in dependence of the hole concentration is discussed. In additio n the influence of the structure of single hole clusters onto the beha viour of the phase separation is shown.
