Abstract
The preparation and biological properties of a conformationally constr ained series of cholecystokinin-B/gastrin receptor ligands are describ ed. The 9-membered ring (Nic) derivative was found to be as active at these receptors as an unconstrained phenylalanine analogue. (C) 1997 E lsevier Science Ltd.
