Abstract
The dynamic theory for a disordered superconductivity is presented, ba sed on the fracton-electron interaction. It has been demonstrated that electrons in a disordered superconductor can feel an attractive inter action by exchange of virtual fractons. In particular, it has been sho wn that the superconducting state may be present in amorphous solids.
