Abstract
We report a case of recurrent pacemaker lead endocarditis as the cause of a cquired tricuspid stenosis. The diagnosis Tvas made noninvasively by 2-dime nsional Doppler echocardiography, The case was further complicated by a par adoxical septic embolism through a patent foramen ovale. This cascade of re ar events after a pacemaker implantation has never been described in the Li terature before.
