Abstract
A patient developed neuroleptic malignant syndrome after a single dose of v enlafaxine with trifluoperazine treatment. A dopamine-inhibition effect ind uced by one dose of venlafaxine may have augmented dopamine-receptor inhibi tion by trifluoperazine.
