Abstract
Immunohistochemistry with end-specific antibodies against C-termini of A be ta 40 and A beta 42 in Alzheimer's disease showed that A beta 42 immunoreac tivity was localised intracellularly in subpopulations of neurons of patien ts with Alzheimer's disease.
