Abstract
Motivated by recent measurements supporting d(x2-y2)-like pair states in copper oxide superconductors, we calculate the microwave response o f such a state in the presence of strong potential scatterers. Measure ments of the conductivity at low temperatures can only be explained if a very low density of scatterers is assumed.
