Abstract
90-degrees rotating sample magnetic measurement, a method to determine the distribution of flux pinning energies in high temperature superco nductors is described. As an example, the results for superconducting Bi2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu3Oy with x=0.3, 0.4 and 0.5 at 77K are given. There ar e mainly three kinds of pinning with pinning energies of 0.01eV, 0.08 approximately 0.09eV and 0.3eV, respectively.
