Abstract
We describe a kindred with PD with an onset age from the fifth to the eight h decade. Genetic analysis indicated that the genetic defect in this family was unlikely to be in the alpha-synuclein, parkin, or tau genes, or to res ide on chromosomes 2p or 4p.
