The conductivity and the current-voltage characteristics of the Bi2Sr2
CaCu2O8+delta single crystals above and below T(C) have been studied.
The modified Montgomery method is developed for the anisotropic conduc
tivity measurements. In the case of very high anisotropy mu=sigma(ab)/
sigma(C) the analytic expression for the conductivity is obtained. Bel
ow T(C), the anomalously large increase of anisotropy by several order
s of magnitude is observed. This behaviour is connected with transitio
n to the TAFF regime.
