Abstract
[GRAPHICS] High yields of oligodeoxyribonucleotides modified at the C2'-position of si te specifically incorporated 2'-amino-2'-deoxyuridine are obtained by photo lytically unmasking the nucleophile in an otherwise protected solid-phase s upport-bound biopolymer.
