Abstract
Luks and Perinova's analysis and calculation confirms the nonequivalence be tween SWH phase operator and Ban's phase operator. The relation between two -variable Hermite polynomial and Laguerre polynomial can really simplify th e calculation. It is due to the \eta] representation that this nonequivalen ce can be recognized in a straightforward way. However, some misunderstandi ng about the \eta] state in Eq.
