Abstract
A two-month old infant is described with the rare combination of absent pul monary valve syndrome, Ventricular septal defect, pulmonar "anular" stenosi s and ductal origin of the left pulmonary artery. The diagnosis that was co nfirmed in the operating room was made by 2-D echocardiographic Doppler col or flow mapping study without the support of cardiac catheterization.
