Abstract
A series of vectors capable of autonomous replication in cyanobacteria of t he genera Synechocystis and Synechococcus was constructed on the basis of p lasmid RSF1010. Model experiments with a psbE mutant of Synechocystis sp. P CC 6803 showed that re vectors can be used for the complementation analysis of cyanobacterial mutants.
