Abstract
The process of parametric amplification of the spin wave envelope solitons in ferromagnetic films with the use of parallel magnetic pumping was theore tically studied. Solutions obtained by numerical methods show that the valu e of the amplification coefficient depends on the relationship between the initial phases of the signal and the pumping carrier waves.
