Double-wave function quantum theory is applied to the description of the mo
tion of one-dimensional charged harmonic oscillator in the uniform magnetic
field and uniform electric field which are perpendicular to each other, fr
om which quantum results and classical limit results are derived respective
ly. A comparison between classical limit results and those of classical mec
hanics is made.
