Abstract
Amorphous Fe78Si9B13 alloys were treated by continuous ultrashort electropu lsing, the comprehensive magnetic properties were measured after that. The experimental results showed that better soft magnetic properties could be o btained when the precipitate amount of alpha-Fe(Si) was about 3 % and the g rain size of alpha-Fe(Si) was about 33 nm, for example, raising the maximum permeability mu(M), and obviously reducing the coercivity H-c. The mechani sm of impravement of the soft magnetic properties of the amorphous alloy by continuous ultrashort electropulsing was discussed making use of the rando m anisotropy model.
