Morphological alloy of Nd4.5Fe76.3Ga0.2Co1.0B18 prepared by rapid quenching
was crystallized to obtain the nanocrystalline permanent magnetic material
s in which Fe3B and Nd2Fe14B were the dominant phases. The X-ray diffractio
n method, the transmission electron microscopy technique and magnetic measu
rement were used to analyze the microstructure and magnetic properties of t
he nanocomposite materials. The relationship of the microstructure, the mag
netic properties with the exchange coupling interaction between crystallite
s was studied by determining the delta M curve of the nanocomposite magnets
.
