The new thermomagnetic effect in the long Josephson SNS junction (L mu
ch greater than lambda(J)) Ta/Cu/Ta has been observed. This effect is
caused by the thermal diffusion of coreless Josephson vortices. The mo
del based on the sine-Gordon equation has been proposed. From the expe
rimental results the transport entropy has been obtained. Its value is
S(psi) almost-equal-to 10(-12) J/Km in agreement with the theoretical
estimation.
