Abstract
The giant Shapiro steps in site-disordered planar arrays of proximity- coupled (Nb-Au-Nb) Josephson junctions have been studied as a function of rf current. The heights of the integer steps in arrays with 100%, 90% and 80% occupied lattice sites were measured and compared with num erical simulations.
