Abstract
The recent application of antisense technology to whole animal physiol ogy opens a new way of approaching physiological problems with the spe cificity of molecular biology. This article gives details of how to de sign and deliver oligonucleotides to inhibit specific proteins involve d in physiological mechanisms.
