Abstract
A knowledge of the physico-chemical forms of metals in a wine is essen tial for any complete interpretation of either ifs spoilage processes or toxicity. Are various natural wine components able to minimise some of these effects? To solve these problems of speciation, electrochemi cal methods tan be particularly adavandageous.
