Abstract
The chemometric methods developed over the last 20 years have become e ssential today. Indeed, in the lose of wine analysis, such techniques can help to improve wine assembling, they allow us to extract informat ion from a complex analytical signal to determine certain constituents , and to combine different data in order to ascertain the origin of a wine.
