The phase diagrams of the site-diluted spin-1/2 ising model of an alternating magnetic superlattice

Using the effective held theory with a probability distribution technique t hat accounts for the single-site spin correlations, the critical behaviour of a site-diluted spin 1/2 Ising model of an alternating magnetic superlatt ice is examined. The critical temperature of the system is studied as a fun ction of the strength of the intralayer and interlayer exchange interaction s, the concentration of magnetic atoms and the film thickness.
