Abstract
Discriminant analysis is applied to a set of wine samples from Certifi ed Origin ''Rias Baixas'' (Galicia, autonomous region in Northwest Spa in) The purpose is to contrast the consistency of the qualifications o f tasting panels to independent data obtained through physical and che mical analysis from the same samples. We intend to build some methods for non-subjective identification of wine samples made from a single g rape variety.
